TR19 commercial kitchen cleaning in Woking.
TR19® cleaning for Woking kitchens, ventilation and ductwork — grease cleared back to bare metal, with the certificate and photo report your insurer needs.
Your local Woking duct cleaning team
Woking packs a lot of commercial kitchens into a small footprint — the restaurants and bars around Victoria Place and the town centre, canteens on the business parks off Albert Drive and Forsyth Road, plus the schools, nurseries and care homes spread across GU21 and GU22. Every one of them runs an extract system that quietly fills with grease.
We clean and certify those systems to BESA TR19® standards right across Woking and the surrounding villages, then back to bare metal with a hygiene certificate and photo report your insurer and fire officer will accept. Because we work nationwide, you get a local Woking visit with the same documentation and standards we apply on every site in the country.

Transparent, fixed pricing
Most Woking jobs start from £300–£500. Larger or more complex sites — hotels, hospitals, schools and high-rise blocks — typically run from £1,000 to £3,000+.
The price depends on duct length, how much grease has built up, and how accessible the system is. We survey first (or review your schematics) and give a fixed, no-surprises quote that includes full documentation. It is always cheaper than a fire, a fine, or a rejected insurance claim.

Recent Woking kitchen extract project
Town-centre restaurant, Woking GU21
The challenge. A busy GU21 restaurant kitchen running 14+ hours a day had not had its extract system cleaned in over two years. A pre-clean survey found heavy grease across the canopy, a 30-metre duct run and the roof-mounted fan — a clear fire risk and an insurance problem flagged at their last renewal.
What we did. We worked two overnight shifts to avoid losing any service, fitted three fire-safe access panels along the hidden duct run, and cleaned the full system back to bare metal with rotary brushes and negative-air extraction.
The result. Grease depth reduced to within TR19® limits throughout, a full photographic report and hygiene certificate issued the next morning, and the kitchen open as normal for lunch. The site is now on a 3-monthly plan.

Serving Woking & the surrounding area
We know Woking
Woking is the town where H.G. Wells wrote The War of the Worlds — remembered today by the seven-metre Martian tripod sculpture in Crown Square, right in the town centre. It’s also home to the Grade I-listed Shah Jahan Mosque on Oriental Road, Britain’s first purpose-built mosque (1889), and The Lightbox gallery beside the Basingstoke Canal.
Those same town-centre streets, the Victoria Place restaurants and the surrounding villages are where we clean and certify commercial kitchen extract systems — so wherever your Woking kitchen sits, we already know the area and how to reach it.
